    My favourite, and the one I played in the pub for about 10 years is Trans-America (2-6 players, best with 4-6, 30minutes) it’s one of the easiest and quickest but there is still a good bit of bluff and interaction. As a bigger game I think Steam is probably the best take for having a fairly seamless set of mechanics but there’s a massive following for the 1830 / 18XX-series. These will take all day!
