    my favorite Logging Railroad would be the West side Lumber company of California Because they Stick with steam Longer then what the Other Logging Railroads had when they switched to Diesels in the 1950’s and also there are Several WS shays preserved thru out the Country and its amazing to see a Shay at work with all its Gears in motion.
